• 24 hour certified staff (Certified Medication Aides and Nurse Aides)
• Health Status Monitoring (Vital signs, condition changes, and dietary monitoring)
• Personal Care (Assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene)
• Nursing Services (Licensed Nurse on site or on call 24 hours a day
• Respite Care (Short term stays of 7 to 60 days)

• Scheduled transportation to medical appointments, shopping and outside activities
• Special events, activities, and outings
• Individualized plan of care designed to meet the needs of each resident

 Services are based on assessments that are completed prior to admission and continuously thereafter.
